Clear rules for a real service.
These terms cover Targeted Solutions website services, Jobe, and related managed services unless a signed proposal, order, or agreement says something different.
Services and orders
The exact scope, price, billing schedule, included channels, and any project-specific terms are shown in the applicable proposal, order, checkout, or written service agreement. If that written agreement conflicts with these online terms, the written agreement controls for that conflict.
Website projects
A normal Targeted Solutions website build is $2,500 and includes migration of up to 50 useful pages from an existing content website. For larger sites, Jobe may count and categorize content from sitemap metadata, recommend a 50-page migration mix, and offer a separately priced full migration before payment. Pages outside an included 50-page scope are not automatically rebuilt. Application-like work, unusual systems, or sites beyond the automatic content-size ceiling may require Targeted review. Production launch and domain replacement remain approval-controlled actions.
Jobe
Jobe is a managed service. The included work depends on the purchased plan. Current plans may include supported social and Google Business publishing workflows, review monitoring and response workflow, website care when stated, and supported customer-email workflow when applicable.
Targeted Solutions may use AI inside the service, including Jobe. Jobe is not a human employee and does not replace professional judgment. Higher-risk, unusual, legal, safety, crisis, account-security, or other sensitive work may be paused for human review.
Approvals
Where the service includes an approval stage, Targeted Solutions follows that workflow before publishing or sending. A customer may later use approved routine automation within the controls made available for that service.
Customer content and authority
You keep ownership of the photos, trademarks, business information, and other materials you provide. You give Targeted Solutions permission to host, edit, format, and publish those materials as reasonably needed to provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for materials and claims you supply.
Email and consent
Customer email marketing requires a permission-based list and a ready sending setup. Targeted Solutions does not treat an ordinary website inquiry as newsletter consent. Targeted handles the normal sending infrastructure behind Jobe, and email will not send until required sender, domain, permission, and safety checks pass. Unsubscribe and suppression states remain hard boundaries.
Third-party services
Stripe, Meta, Google, hosting providers, delivery infrastructure, and other connected services are independent third parties. Their availability, policies, account decisions, and fees can change. Targeted Solutions cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to a third-party platform.
No guaranteed marketing result
We perform the agreed work with reasonable care, but marketing outcomes vary. We do not guarantee a particular number of leads, sales, views, reviews, bookings, rankings, or revenue.
Billing and service changes
Recurring charges and one-time charges are shown before checkout. Any cancellation, refund, renewal, scope-change, or other billing rights are governed by the applicable checkout, proposal, order, or written service agreement. Service standards
Targeted Solutions may decline or pause work that is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, malicious, unsafe, or outside our service standards. We do not build or market adult sexual or fetish content, gambling or betting services, illegal goods or activity, scams or deceptive practices, or exploitative or hateful content.
